The Meaning of Good Friday

Why do we call such a somber day good when it marks the moment Jesus died upon the cross? We use this name because His great sacrifice shows us the ultimate depth of God’s perfect love for everyone. This pivotal event changed the world forever by offering us a brand new way to live in His grace. Consequently, we gather to remember His kindness and the wonderful gift of forgiveness He gave to all His people.

A Joyful Promise Awaits

The story does not end in sadness because a very happy day is quickly approaching this coming Sunday morning. Children will discover how Jesus rose again to bring light and eternal life back into our dark, weary world. Furthermore, this interactive session helps young hearts understand why we celebrate with such immense joy during the Easter season.
