Good Friday Hereford – Join the Education and Families team at Hereford Cathedral this Good Friday for a meaningful and engaging family service. Designed for all ages, this relaxed and interactive event will offer a gentle yet powerful retelling of the Easter story. Together, we will embark on a reflective journey through the cathedral, beginning in the majestic Nave. As we progress, we will pause in the tranquil Lady Chapel, contemplating the Last Supper and its significance. From there, we will step into the Garden of Gethsemane, experiencing the solemnity of Jesus’ prayers and betrayal. Continuing along our path, we will learn about the trial of Jesus and reflect on the profound moments leading to his crucifixion.

Along our journey will provide an opportunity to engage with the Easter story in a way that is accessible and thoughtful. Through storytelling, reflection, and interactive elements, we will explore the emotions and themes surrounding these pivotal events. This service is designed to ensure that all attendees, regardless of age or background, feel included and able to connect with the story’s meaning.
